The venue was pleasant. the location was brilliant, right next to the town center, the commercial area, and the best pizzeria. the rooms were impeccably clean and bright with views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. the breakfast was sensational with plenty of options to choose from.

Such wonderful overall experience. Spotless hotel with excellant breakfast. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Well-appointed and newly decorated room with views of the surrounding snow capped mountains, reasonably priced.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

Recently refurbished & huge unit with views of the surrounding snow capped mountains. Centrally located hotel just next door to bars & restaurants, the historic old town, and the train station and the town center.

The hotel was centrally located very close to Torre dell'orologio. Also, it was in a gorgeous area, I truly enjoyed that. The room was well-appointed and recently refurbished with a bright bath.

Thoroughly enjoyed my really great stay for holidays. I was upgraded to a reasonably large and nice, styled room with views of the surrounding snow, capped mountains. the staff was pleasant, welcoming with every request. the location was marvelous, not very far from a 58m, high tower.

The hotel's decoration is charming, with elegant furniture and beautiful artwork. The general areas are well-maintained and have comfortable seating, making it easy for senior people to relax and socialize. The hotel is also easily accessible for senior people, with elevators available and well-lit corridors for easy navigation.
I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests, especially in terms of providing assistance and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.

Enjoyable stay for holidays with welcoming staff. Marvellous location very close to the centre of town. Centrally located, a short walk to most attractions in the area. Great restaurant. 4 km away from St Doulagh's Church.

I absolutely loved the decoration of this hotel. It had a classic and elegant style that made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious mansion from the past. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, and it was easy for me to navigate around as a senior woman.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and considerate.
